1. Services Everywhere Flooring offers professional flooring services including, but not limited to, installation, refinishing, repairs, and related consultations. Services may vary based on project scope, location, and client requirements.
2. Estimates & Quotes All estimates provided are based on initial assessments. Final quotes may vary following on-site evaluations. Quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
3. Payments A deposit is required to secure project scheduling. Full payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept payments via e-transfer, cheque, or other approved methods.
4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Clients must notify us at least 48 hours prior to any rescheduling or cancellations. Deposits may be forfeited for last-minute cancellations.
5. Warranty We offer a limited warranty on labor and installation for a period of 12 months. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, moisture, accidents, or third-party interventions.
6. Limitation of Liability Everywhere Flooring is not liable for:
- Pre-existing structural issues,
- Damage caused by client’s negligence or unapproved modifications,
- Delays due to weather or supplier-related issues.
7. Intellectual Property All website content including images, graphics, logos, and written content are the intellectual property of Everywhere Flooring and may not be used or reproduced without written consent.
8. Privacy We respect your privacy. Please refer to our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
9. Governing Law These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
10. Modifications We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the website or services after such changes constitutes acceptance.
